Customers can cancel their skill session(s) whenever they wish. If the customer cancels with more than 24 hours' notice, a full refund is issued as a credit on the customer's account. If the customer cancelled within 24 hours, then a cancellation fee of half the value of the session is retained. To receive a full refund within 24 hours, valid proof is required (i.e., Doctor's note, Positive Covid test etc.). To cancel a session, the customer must contact Amped directly whether by phone or email.
