AMPED Hockey - Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their skill session(s) at any time.

More than 24 hours’ notice: A full refund will be issued as a credit to the customer’s account.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: The session will be considered non-refundable.
Cancellations can be made directly through your Playbook account.
