Dance Fundamentals

Ready for your best year of dance? This 6-week program gets you ready for the upcoming season by improving the fundamentals required to dance with grace, power and precision.

Yoga and Pilates will be used to work on breathing, core control and alignment while motor control drills will work to improve turn out, balance and extensions. No Strong Dancer program would be complete without weight lifting and kettlebell exercises to develop strength and power!

Tuesdays From September 18th - October 23rd - 4:30-5:30 PM

Strength For Leaps & Jumps

Want higher jumps? Want to travel farther during leaps? Stronger dancers are able to make jumps effortless. During this program, be ready to lift weights, do plyometrics and work on landing techniques to help cope with the high demands of dance. Core strength and limb control will also be included in this program.

Tuesdays From November 6th - December 11th - 4:30-5:30 PM
