AN ALLIED HOCKEY CAMP
Players and goalies will come together in the first 360-degree training process where the two positions will combine resources to provide a truly advanced level of training. Each player will receive 90 minutes of both on and off-ice training each day.

Tim Turk Shooting Program - 45 minutes
Players will shoot on goalies during training to apply game like application of shooting mechanics goalies will also receive in-drill instruction and feedback at this time. During this time players will focus on everything from the fundamentals to advanced mechanics of the shot process. Players will focus on mastering the techniques, developing a quick release, accuracy, consistency and power, along with shooting from different game-specific angles and positions.
Goalie Training Session - 45 minutes
Players will be used as shooters during goalie training where they can continue to work on their shooting mechanics, while providing goalies with a realistic level of competition. This unique opportunity allows the Goaltenders to practice their skills in a progressive yet competitive environment. Goalies will learn and practice some very effective skills in and around the net to maximize our size, net coverage and increased rebound control on in tight scoring opportunities. Through some advanced theories in box control, net management, and directional butterflies goaltenders will learn to turn a good scoring chance into an easy save!
Off Ice Training with Amped Human Performance Specialists - 90 minutes
Both players and goalies will have the opportunity to train off the ice with Amped Sports Lab’s Human Performance Specialists. Whether they are new to off ice training or coming from experience, our professional staff will provide the proper level of information, attention, and challenge to all players.
Warm up: Mobility and activation drills
Plyometric skills: Absorb force and increase power
Strength: Learn the lifts to build muscle
Speed and Agility drills: Learn to move quickly and change direction efficiently
Conditioning: Improve game specific endurance
